You must clearly state exactly what you want on each page of your project.

Quoted prices are based on design concepts provided, regardless whether used by you or not.

The quote includes an initial sample following which you are entitled to two amendments after which there will be an hourly charge of £20 on any further amendments.

You also agree that Designs by Tatty holds no responsibility for any amendments made by any third party, before or after a design is published.

The Quote is for graphic artwork only and does not include printing nor packaging.

All samples will have a watermark across it.

You must provide all the text that you want on each page, please ensure that you proof read it for errors.  Text that I have to provide will be an extra charge and the amount will be dependant on the information that is required, this does not include headers, sub headers which are included in the price.

You can provide an unlimited amount of images for your project but if you would like me to supply the images they will be charged at £2 each.

Charges for any additional services over and above the estimated design, will become fully payable (100% of the quoted amount) at the time of estimate or quotation acceptance.

At the time of your signed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted fee will become immediately due. Work on the project will not commence until Designs by Tatty has received this amount.

You will be provided with an Approval Form and Invoice prior to finished project. At this time the remainder of the amount due will become payable. You will also be required to sign and return the Approval Form to Designs by Tatty.

Payments may be made by cash, Paypal or previously agreed electronic funds transfer in Pound Sterling.

Publication and/or release of work done by Designs by Tatty on behalf of you, may not take place before cleared funds have been received.

By supplying text, images and other data to Design by Tatty for inclusion in your project or other medium, you declare that it holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. The ownership of such materials will remain with you, or rightful copyright or trademark owner.

Any artwork, images, or text supplied and/or designed by Designs by Tatty on behalf of you, will remain the property of Designs by Tatty and/or it's suppliers.

You may request in writing from Designs by Tatty, the necessary permission to use materials (for which Designs by Tatty holds the copyright) in forms other than for which it was originally supplied, and Designs by Tatty may, at it's discretion, grant this. Such permission must be obtained in writing before it will allow any of the aforesaid artwork, images, text, or other data to be used.

By supplying images, text, or any other data to Designs by Tatty, you grants Designs by Tatty permission to use this material freely in the pursuit of the design.

Should Designs by Tatty, or you supply an image, text, audio clip or any other file for use in a project, multimedia presentation, print item, exhibition, advertisement or any other medium believing it to be copyright and royalty free, which subsequently emerges to have such copyright or royalty usage limitations, you will agree to allow Designs by Tatty to remove and/or make the necessary replacement.

You agree to fully indemnify and hold Designs by Tatty free from harm in any and all claims resulting from you in not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permission.

You have a right to cancel your order. In the event of cancellation you will be invoiced for the cost of the work carried out so far based on our hourly rate. If no work was completed, you will not be charged.

I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

I collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
