You must clearly state exactly what you want on each page, Following which I will provide you with an initial sampleof your design. You are entitled to two amendments after which there will be an hourly charge of £20 per hour for any further amendments.

You must provide all the text that you want on each page, please ensure that you proof read it for errors.  Text that I have to provide will be an extra charge and the amount will be dependant on the information that is required, this does not include headers, subheaders and 1 sentence which are included in the price.

Included within the price is 3 advanced pop 1 email address and unlimited standard email addresses.  Additional advanced email addresses are an additional fee of £12 per email address.  You can access your emails through outlook which stores the emails on your computer or on the internet.

Included within the price is an enquiry form for your website, if required.

The price also includes 1 free flash banner design for your website.

Included within the price is a free logo design to be used on the website, please specify if you require a full colour logo which has some restrictions on printing and the cost of printing your logo can be higher as more ink is required or alternatively advise what colours you want to use which is ideal for screen printing etc., you can choose up to 4 colours.

Included within the price is a free .co.uk or .com address of your choice.  Please provide three web addresses in order of preference as the website address that you have chosen may have been taken already. 

Hosting is included for the first year (12 months) after which there will be a fee from £4.99 per month or annual fee from £55 if paid in advance.

You can provide an unlimited amount of images for your page but if you would like me to supply the images the price quoted includes 1 free image per page additional images are £2 each.

The price includes search engine submissions to the 5 largest Search engines on the net:-

Adverts can generate their own additional income, I would suggest making allowances on your website for adverts.  You can either negotiate with local companies or you can join an online agency who will collect monies on your behalf.  I use Trade Doubler but there are many online. Please note that they will not accept your request until your site is complete and live on the net. When someone clicks on their advert and proceeds to purchase an item you are usually paid a commission of about 2 - 5% of the sale.

The price also includes website statistics, where you can see how many people have visited your page, how long they have spent on you page, what part of the world they are from, which search engines referred them etc.

Whilst your site is being created it will be hosted on a temporary site and example adverts will be removed when your site is uploaded onto the server.

Once your site is completed you will be given access to your site along with 1 hour's initial training so that you can manage your website.

There is a non refundable deposit of 12.5% required before work will commence, the balance will be required upon completion before the website will be uploaded onto your server.

Upgrading your pages will be an additional charge and is charged at an hourly rate of £20 p/h.  Additional pages are charged at £100.00 per html page, pages that require scripting will be quoted separately.
